The couple allegedly involved in the luxury goods scam, involving undelivered items worth SG$32mil, have been arrested in Johor Baru, Malaysia and are back in Singapore. Pi Jiapeng, 26, and Thai national Pansuk Siriwipa, 27, were accused of failing to deliver luxury watches or bags to customers, who had made payment.
